Healthy Recipe: {Pineapple Protein Smoothie}

1 medium-size banana
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
(I used Designer Whey)
vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
(fill to max line) 

Blend and enjoy! 

I use a NutriBullet - my mother gifted one to me and I am in love. I have lost about 8 pounds so far and have been feeling happier and healthier. I highly suggest getting yourself a really nice blender if you can!

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! 
Whether you are Irish or not, St. Patty's Day is a fun day of celebration and a bit of trickery. 
I hope that you remembered to wear green so you do not get a bunch of pinches!
Today the plan is to:
-wear green
-pinch people who aren't wearing green (nicely!)
-search for a four-leaf clover
-eat potatoes
-pretend to be a leprechaun searching for treasure under the rainbow

The weather has been beautiful and I am so glad for it, but it's hard to search for treasure under a rainbow when there are no rainbows to be seen!

Happy March, everybody!
Sorry I've been missing-in-action: with work and school, along with workouts and my attempts to have some semblance of a social life, I have been too busy to post! 
Life has been handing me a lot of things to do, to consider, to work on, and I will accept the challenges life is handing me and try my best to work past it all. 
I will do my best to update more, but I can't promise too much with all of these challenges I'm facing at the moment! I hope that you are all having a wonderful month so far & learn to adjust your sails, too, when the wind does not blow your way.
